Refund policy

Any item(s) purchased in-store that you wish to return back to store can be done so with approval by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via phone or email or bring it back to have this approved.

Any item(s) purchased in-store that you wish to return via post can be returned within 90 days of purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and still sealed if it was a new sealed item, unless it has a fault and this is the reason for returning the item.

RETURNING BY POST

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered online from Eclectico Records you can return it within 90 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Product must be in original condition and still sealed if it was a new sealed item. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us or by returning them to our store; please note that Paypal purchases can be returned via post and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 10.30am-5pm

Please note that any parcels sent to Eclectico Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We do not cover return shipping costs and recommend using Australia Post which has tracking on any returns.

RETURNING IN-STORE

Online purchases may be returned, within 90 days of purchase, to our store for an exchange or refund. You will need to bring your online order receipt as proof of purchase and items must be in original condition.
