With OBI and Insert. NO POSTER. Very clean vinyl and labels. Sleeve has light ring wear, no splits or writing. Record is in excellent condition, no obvious signs of play.

Initial 1st pressing. Comes with an obi with the text ポスター付 (meaning comes with poster/poster inside), a 4-page insert with liner notes and lyrics as well as the lyrics to the first album and a large 4p. foldout color poster. 
Some copies have inserted sticker's sheet with POLYDOR NOT FOR SALE written on it. 

The subsequent tsujo-ban (ordinary/regular edition) comes with an obi without the text indicating the poster and of course does not come with a poster.
