Notes:
"A Decca Recording, issued exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (S/T4161) - the mono version has "T-4161" on beige 'strobe' label, while the stereo has "ST-4161" on green 'strobe' label. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve - one of the last WRC LPs to feature one - they were generally phased out from 1965. 299 Flinders Lane, Melbourne 177 Elizabeth Street, Sydney Newspaper House, 93 Queen Street, Brisbane 60 Pulteney Street, Adelaide Barnett's Buildings, Council Avenue, Perth
