The sleeve features a man with a bicycle in silhouette, a different sleeve also exists.
This version has Gold / Cream  labels with with red writing and  "His Master's Voice" logo at the top. The sleeve has a Large "stereo" printed in the top right corner, later pressings had small print.
Label changed to red semi version late in the same year or 1964, only issued with this label for a year or so.
