The CDs are held in a slim triple-pane gatefold sleeve which folds out to reveal track listings and durations plus songwriting and publishing credits. 
Glass Mastering and Pressing plants are unnamed in the packaging, but can be identified by the logo in the matrix area, the matrix pattern, and the SID codes in combination with the release date. 
Durations are included in brackets under each track on the inner gatefold panes but those entered here are from a computer.

Track 1-1 named "Gold (12" Mix)" on release, but "Extended Version" or "Remixed & Extended Version" on the original 12"s.
Track 1-2 has been named correctly.
Track 1-3 named "Torch (Extended Version) on release, but mostly didn't have a remix name or had "Extended Version" on the original 12"s.
Track 1-4 named "Shout (Extended Version)" on release, but is in fact "Shout (US Remix)".
Track 1-5 named "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes (12" Version)" on release, but "Special Re-Mix" on the original 12"s.
